Can anyone tell me is it worth my while to spend the extra money on neff products. I have to get a new eye level oven and have heard great things about neff but they are quite expensive. I would love to hear what people think.

Its true that Neff,Bosch and Siemens are all part of the same company but Neff products are a much better quality then Bosch. I would say that with the exception of maybe Miele, Neff are the best out there, especially for cooking products

if you're finding it difficult to get parts for the neff-have you tried neff parts in Ballymount in Dublin?! Anyway, neff change everything every 7 or so years.
By law (!) all appliance manufacturers are supposed to keep parts up to 10 years after they are made.........but they don't.

Anyway, good luck in trying to get parts for your neff oven,I found that especially neff oven parts once they are older that 7 years-forget about it and put in a generiac part instead.

Try this website for all brands parts: www.4ourhouse.co.uk

really? I had a neff oven and when I went to neff about 10 years ago to get a spare part (btw,it was the "warmer element" that was broken)
-at the time the oven was only about 6 years old and I was told by the man at the spare parts counter there, when he looked up his parts stock computer he told me they don't make it anymore! And told me the best advice is that I should buy a new oven!!

Wow,thanks very much and needless to say I fecked off and got a repair man to fit a generiac part!!

Btw,do you work in Neff??!! Novel customer service attitude but I'm sure of course you've updated the front of house customer service policy since?!

The glass in the front of the oven door shattered.
Called Ballmount 163 Euro for new glass and 90 Euro for repair man for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes its Euro 5 per evey additional 6 minutes.
Since door detaches, I was wondering if anyone has a busted oven, but good door. Can offer them a few Euro for door and save myself few bob on the repair guy fitting the glass.

Where are you located? I could probably get the part for about 100 Euro.If you are near enough to me id fit it for you for nothing, only a 5 min job.

    I don't agree with that.
In work, they have a Neff dishwasher. I have a Bosch one at home and they're exactly the same (except for the price).

We will have to agree to differ so. I work on these appliances every day

    Hi G.MAN,
I am based in Clontarf (off Vernon Avenue)
If you can get the glass for the oven:
    E-Nr. B1421S2GB /02
    FD 8407
    I am interested.
There are still a few small pieces of glass stuck to the rubber seals each side of the door, but I guess they could be wiped/scraped off. Then it seems like 2 screws and 2 screws for the door handle.
    Regards and thanks,
    Chris.

Just a quick post to say thanks to G.MAN for replacing and fitting the glass on our oven door. The work was first rate and very quick. I would recommend him for any repairs you might need to any of your kitchen appliances.

I'm looking for replacement outer glass for Neff microwave door, model H53W50. Can I purchase glass or do I need to purchase the full door.

    Tks,
    Noclee.

Hi Guys new to this , Regarding Neff Ovens , maybe I have been very lucky as I have had my Neff oven for at least 12 years ( was VERY expensive when I bought it 1 ) but .. have never had any probs with it , and I use it a lot... until yesterday from the sound it made I reckon the Element has blown ( well thats what my work mates think ... can anyone tell me roughly how much it would cost me to get fixed (including labour) or would I be better investing in a brand new oven even though this is not an option at moment :( Thanks !

I'm not sure a blown element makes a sound. The usual symptom of a blown element is 'no heat'. Perhaps it's your fan clattering around? Are you still getting heat from the over?

An element (if it's an element) shouldn't cost a whole pile (80 quid?) and GMan (see up thread and pm him perhaps) sounds like he'd price reasonably for fitting it for you.
