    Hi,
I am asking for help finding locations in the Wexford area for landscape images. Anything that looks like a postcard ;) so Landscapes, waterfalls, beautiful locations, Piers, Harbours, anything in fact etc etc... I will be staying/Based in Rosslare for a few days and any assistance would be greatly appreciated !

    Sunny

The bridge in Wexford town. There's usually lots of fishing boats and stuff tied up at the quays there too.

All along the Hook peninsula is great, there's some great abbeys and beaches to be found along there too.

Do check in the wexford forum though - I'm sure they'll know some gems that otherwise wouldn't be pointed out!

Yeah, but you'd want to get used to it sooner rather than later :p

Close to Rosslare, St Helens bay seems good for sunrises if you can get yourself out early (never been myself, but I'm speaking on evidence of seeing some fines examples from Wexford lads). Also close by are Lady's Lake and Carnsore. Lots of dunes, looonnnng beaches, and wind turbines. Bit more distant is Kilmore Quay, nice thatched cottages and fishing boats. Hook head is a bit of a hike, probably an hour or so, though you could combine it with a visit to Kilmore and Tintern abbey, which is close by

Kilmuckridge Beach is huge, with loads to shoot. :)

You could stop by, depending on which direction you are coming from.
(I found it on my sat nav!)

We went to Wexford on a 'magical mystery tour' last weekend. We headed for courtown and kilmuckridge and past. Unfortunately skies were to grey in kilmuckridge but would make for a nice shot if the sky was good. We stayed along that direction and came across a few nice spots. After kilmuckridge we came to a town with an old old thatch style cottage painted white with red trimmings, we took a left there and found a little small tiny beach. It was lashing so I did not get a good shot but would love to go there on a nice day

The wind farm was cool too, is that what you call it? I was afraid someone was going to kick me off the site though so only took this one.

I also found this little treasure along the way

Defo be up for going that way again though.
