    Hello,
    i am installing this 3rd party software at work called WaveReader (CCTV software).I install the software and then when i go to run it i get the following error message
    "Failed to activate control 'VB.UserControl'.
    This control may be incompatible with your application.
    Make sure you are using the version of the control that
    was provided with your application"
    There was an earlier version of the software already on the pc and obviously its causing some conflict for this.
    Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
