hey I can sign in to my european account but when I access the store I get an error message (800.....) also happens on my japanese account and when I sign into my American account it says playstation network suspended. Anyone else experiencing this Oh and also I can't play warhawk, gran turismo 5P or anything online

Think they're bringing it down for a couple of hours this evening in preparation for the 2.5 firmware update

Try turning off your ps3 and then turn it back on.

Yeah its happened to me a couple of times before. I think they just bring down the servers for a while to fix problems or maybe update the ps store. Should be back soon.
