D'arcy's injury

Has anyone else noticed how long D'arcy has been out with a broken arm (8-9 months). Maybe I've missed a press release along the way but the silence over his progress is a bit ominous.
I remember Neil Francis suggested a while ago in the Tribune that the injury was chronic and we might not see D'arcy back...ever.
I really hope this isn't the case, he's still one of our most naturally talented backs and a world class game breaker on his day.

I think he's due back in a few weeks.

He did a bit of the warm ups with the team prior to the Leinster V Munster game, he was also the water boy that evening. He looked in good shape. Hopefully he's nearly back.

The bone didn't knit correctly, so they had to do some follow on surgery. For a while it was looking pretty bad but the most recent surgery was better than expected, afaik. He'll hopefully be back, better than ever, in around January, I think?

DIDNT the bone break in about 8 different places?
the sooner he's back the better
