Make Aldi Photo books on a mac

I know this is a bit of a strange request but....
My Powerbook G4 is so bad now that I can't get iPhoto to make a book, and anyway, I see Aldi make them cheaper (No need to agrue which is better quality - I'm a student).
Problem is here, you need a PC to download the software. Does anyone know if I could get other software to make a book that Aldi would accept, or any way to get the exe file going on the mac?
    Thanks! :)

    Umm... what?
    .EXE files are Windows executables.
    iPhoto only runs on OSX.

How do you mean "so bad" ? as in its too slow, or iphoto is crashing ?

I'd do a reinstall of iphoto (or if the G4 is "that bad", the whole OS) package from the disks rather than trying to get an exe file running (through windows VPC)...

methinks more info regarding whats up with iphoto in the first place is needed... although judging by the aldi site you could

Also check out this link I dont know how it compares to aldi .. but seems reasonable and mac compatible.

Excellent! That'll make my photobook for me, thanks.
By 'so bad' I mean it takes over 5 minutes to open, then usually goes straight to 'Not responding' and I have to force quit.
I think the problem might be that I suddenly only have 512RAM (used have 1gb - in the process of fixing that). Also, I have 15,000 photos, but I used have 19,000 and it worked ok then!

My laptop is over 3 years old though, so the necessary CDs are long gone. If I bought Leopard, would that do the same thing? I have Tiger at the moment.
    Thanks for your help.

On the cost factor Aldi does look a bit cheaper ... shame ... glad I have parallels ;)

    1. Anyhoo's have you repaired the permissions on the disk recently ?

    2. 512 megs of ram ! ... Errr i'd say thats the problem, I'm suprised iphoto still opens.... check the activity monitor (utilities folder) to see how much ram is being used and if thats the cause.
