    Complete newbie, heard alot of good things about this series
    Want to start watching The Wire but won't rent the boxset if C6 are near the start, can anyone help?
    Is it worth buying the boxsets?

    Pretty sure they are just about to kick off season 2. Buy Season 1. You wont regret it.

    You'll actually find season one in a lot of shops these days. Most even have 1-4

    Xavi (whatever Virgin was called) I seen it in xtravision shop as well.
