HI all, I am very ignorant of my rights as a sub-letor of a room in Limerick City, can you help me? I paid a cash deposit to the house-owner and moved in September and got a receipt. Since then i paid one months rent. Now, i would like to move.(asap) Am i entitled to my cash deposit? is there a standard lenght of notice??…
