Your views on this please

Just wondered what everyone's views were on this situation.

We are waiting for a refund from a large irish property developer, this has been going on since March of this year. I am not the only one and believe up to 250 other people are in the same situation but I've only been able to track down a handful of others. I was first promised the refund back in July and I have documentation to prove this, since we have been constantly fobbed off with excuses. Back in July though a leading irish newspaper ran an article about this company and the refund situation, in the article was a quote from an invester who claims he had received a full refund at the end of July.

I'm not sure what to do, I'd like to go to the paper and hopefully get them on board to help us get our money back as I'm sure the company involved wouldn't want bad exposure, but would this hinder any court case that we may have to bring if this situation isn't resolved in the next couple of weeks as I feel I have waited long enough
