most people here would have used it a lot. Some good deals, however recently I've found calling the clubs direct can often get better deals than on teetimes. There has been a big drop off in green fee incomes for clubs and they are chasing the market at the moment.

Some goos deals there to be fair. You also have the likes of Portmarnock Links taking the p*ss though.

e140 for a green fee on a ****ty Tuesday October morning?

It's a great site if you can play during the week. I get their emails but never used it so far, mainly cos i only really play at weekends.

Even if i could play during the week, i'd be inclined to look for an open somewhere first. That's a personal thing though. Looks as though there are some good deals in the emails though.

On Portmarnock Links website, it says they have an open singles stableford on the bank holiday monday the 27th for €60 per person. I have a tee time booked and looking forward to my first game there, especially at that rate. She said she has times available, going out in 4's but could join up with others if you just have 2...

teetimes.ie is excellent if you can free up time mid-week. When you register they send weekly emails with the specials available that week. I have played Knightsbrook, Malahide and Donabate this year all for between 15 and 18 euro..hard to beat that. They even run offers now and again for free green fees on certain courses though you have to move fast to secure them.
