Rock Band seek lead-singer/frontman 25-30 ASAP

    Hey Guys,

    New hard-living hard-playing Dublin based rock band(d3/d9) seek an energetic frontman with plenty of stage presence(25-30yr). Influences are varied- GNR,ac/dc, REM, Linkin Park,A-HA,Tom Petty - commercial rock sound with a dark edge. Over 30 songs ready to go - Working with session singers to this point. Need singer asap as have been offered support gigs in December with 2 well known, signed bands. Rehearse in City Centre so if you would like to come in for a listen and to belt out a few tunes please PM me. Would be great if you had previous demo for us to have a listen to first but not essential. Please no time-wasters as time is of the essence.

    I love Linkin Park and was looking to get into that type of band...

    I was lucky/unlucky enough to rehearse with these guys a few weeks ago. Met for rehearse in town met the lads and started through about 6 songs. Everything seemed to go well for the evening - sang my best with new material. Said they would be in touch and I went home singing songs to myself lookink forward to another jam.
    Got a call two days later saying I wasnt what they were looking for - why lead me on???!!!! Great material lads but could treat auditionees with more respect...Dont want to sound bitter but people should be given more time to gel Know Im not the best singer in the world but given a couple of months I could have been where the music is now!
    Thats my tuppence worth:(

    Did you actually expect some preferential treatment? At least they called you to let you down, most bands don't. This is the music business son and if you are this sensitive to rejection move into a different industry, seriously.
