Many of you of a certain age will remember Madness, like me, with great affection. Even you young pups may know hits such as House of Fun, It must be Love and Baggy Trousers. (and they're still rockin' on!)

Woody, the drummer and my old employer is doing a Charity Run in Aid of Cancer research with his Missus Siobhan, an honest Irish lass.

In his own words -

"Dear All,

On 26th October, Siobhan, and I are running 10 miles in The Great South Run, down in Portsmouth.
I will be running for Cancer Research, as my dad died of the disease 11 years ago.

If any of you fancy sponsoring me, that would be great.
Any contributions would be welcome.

My best time for 10 miles, is 1hour 25 minutes, and I'll do my best to beat it."

hah ! i must do that , I know those lads , Lee the sax player is an old mate of me cousins in london.
I was at the point gig two years ago as a guest ( * fawn* )
