I have a trainer and it is oh so boring, thinking of getting some cheap rollers for the winter but heard they are seriously difficult. Are they?

Not at all, you do get used to them just keep em near a wall and you'll be fine once your up and going you'll not notice them at all ... I've been using them with years and I've only come off once and that was an elastic hopping off .. I must dig out a foto of mine .. I'm riding tacx one's at the minute..

Apparently it works better if you're Belgian, and pedal fast.
