    If I record off Sky+ and do not select the keep option how long does a programme stay in the planner before it deletes ?

    it stays there until the planner fills up and the box automatically dumps it. you can alter the settings on when this occurs in Sky+ settings in 'Services'

    it will stay on the planner until you delete it, or if another recording needs more space than whats available on the, it will delete the Viewed programs first, then any of the others that are not marked as keep.

    Basically if you maintain your planner with enough free space for what you want to record, it should always be there
