Stubbs Gazette Listing ?

How can I find out if an aspiring business partner is listed in Stubbs Gazette as a bankrupt? I'm told he was listed back in the early 90's on the back of some dodgy deals and never discharged the debt. I'm just being cautious, I know, but I'm retired from business for a few years and have been propositioned by the potential partner in regard to a small but interesting business idea. Just don't want to get involved with a lame duck partner or in any dodgy business arrangements.
Don't mind paying a fee, etc.
Hope I'm using the proper forum. TIA.
