Hey im just starting to get into FPS on pc's ,im considering building my own pc for gaming but i keep coming across this software called stream, its in most of the online gaming cafe's,c an anyone tell me the benefits of having this or is it any use. thanks.

it's called steam, not stReam and its the software used by Valve to update their games as well as to sell theirs and other games

It will be mainly be used by people playing Counter Strike: Source and other multiplayer mods of the Half Life 2 engine.
