lookin for a new bass but short on cash n eyeballed one of these hopefully going for a reasonible price!!
while im here i guess anything else that i could have a look for? budget is round 500,second hand i guess! im ragin actually let a japanese fender jazz go for 460 on ebay,missed it by 2minutes! i cry.....

i think its an 86 RB650 as it has has Precision-type and Jazz- type pickups
as you can see below,but not sure what models had what to be honest.
its on ebay so was checking out reviews,one said they were meant to have a jazz neck too?dont know if anyone can tell from the pic.0 -

Yeah it looks like an RB650. To me the neck looks like Precision width... I'm sure you could confirm this with a search. I certainly wouldn't pay €500 for it though.
The higher end RB's from the 80's are much nicer, look for one of those.

The Musician series is another to check out, the designation is MC. I played an MC888 a while back that was awesome. Thick creamy bass tones.....mmmm....0 -
