25.4mm seatpost wanted

Hi lads,

I'm building a bike up from an old frame. The only hassle i'm having is finding a nice seatpost for the bike. I wanted to fit a nice vintage style campagnolo/shimano 600 item but i can't find anything with diameter 25.4mm.

Anyone recommend anything cool that'd fit? I wanted something chrome!

25.4 is not exactly modern standard but they are still readily available; Wiggle have a few (there are cheaper ones in black):

and it's grand - has some black writing on it but it's fairly discrete - I'll check if it's a sticker that can be removed.

The seller is pretty good and will do good combined shipping deals but some of the m-wave/m-ighty products he sells can be of fairly ropey quality.

Avoid the cranks he sells - worked fine for a while but when I had an accident the thread on the right pedal was ruined and the pedal came out after a couple more rides.
