Dealextreme paypal error

Anyone having problems ordering from dealextreme?

I get this error when i go to paypal to pay for the item

""We're sorry, in order to apply for PayPal Credit, your account must be a U.S. account.""

I have used paypal for other stuff but i still get this dealextreme error for last 48hrs or so (never had a problem before for dealextreme)

I got my brother to try aswell and he got the same error, so its not a problem with my paypal account

You're doing something wrong. That's the error you get if you're trying to use Paypal Mastercard credit to fund the transaction. Make sure you've selected your own credit card the the payment source.

I paid DX for an order on Friday, and it worked fine for me.

meke sure you click on the payment method 1 or 2, it sounds like you are cliking on Method 3 for a 90 days free credit that's valid for US only.

this happened to me and i realised my card got lost so i got a new one so number had changed and i forgot to change it in paypal

I am getting the 'use another card' with 3v.ie issued numbers. I have bought from DealExtreme a good few times with 3v, no issues. Have I reached some sort of 'limit'

I'm peeved to see eBay and 3v touting the useful nature of their services on each others sites, but there is a limit to how many card number can be used with any one eBay account.

I am not an eBay member, I never will be. As stated, even with that, have I reached some sort of limit for my name and address?

I forgot to add, contacting 3v is useless, there seems to be a third party offering support, after sending a detailed email, I just got an email more or less saying, 'your last payment went through, what's the problem, have a nice day..'

There's a limit to the number of times you can change your credit card number on Paypal too, so this could be the issue. Close the Paypal account, and start a new one.
