    Tesco €2.50 each

1.5m Philips HDMI cabels, model number: swv2432t/10

For connecting HD devices like HD DVD player/Sky HD box/Home Theatre amp up.

Most of the time (using short runs) you don't need anything more than a standard cable but for long runs it's considered better to use more expensive cables

They have them from €4.99, I'm sure you were given the option of a €100 cable.

Thanks for the tips folks, nearly bought a 1.5m cable yesterday from Maplins for an in store price of 50 yoyos if it wasn't for a tip off from Tony on this site. Some difference given these hard times.
