anyone here play in any of the ribsa tournaments?
i used to play in them a few years back but got fed up of travelling to carlow every month.are they still all held there?their website has last seasons calander still up and its not updated regularly.so who's the best these days?are there any up and coming youngsters?any changes made that you agree/dissagree with?do the tournaments and points system still favor the top players?are there as many players playing as there were a few years back?has the standard improved?
although i don't play much i am still interested in the game and would like to hear other players views on the state of the game in ireland.
    cheers

Game is screwed in Ireland tbh, Vincent Muldoon is the best, besides David Morris who's full time in England, Rodney Goggins, Martin McCrudden, Colm Gilcreest are all playing well, Colm made the final of IBSCF World Championships. Down in Cork there's one prominent club where you'd be lucky to find 5 or 6 lads playing.
