I've been to 2 of Baradas courses before and would highly recommend it to people if they can make it at all.
He's very inspirational and goes around giving personal tips for improvement to everyone. His record speaks for itself and he's a really nice guy.

I dont know how a full weekend will be split up but we covered warm up/conditioning exercises (worth going for these alone, we use them all tyhe time and can be applied to any art), combos, footwork, in fighting, drills, and got to spar him for a round as well.

Does the WAKO PRO have light contact, has he fought at full contact at all? is that style of TKD the olympic style???

Think Wako has light contact, but not sure, Jon will confirm. Not sure if he's fought full contact, again Jon will confirm!

I do know though :) that it's not the olympic tkd, it's itf tkd.

Was at a seminar of his before, would also recommend it. As Joepenguin says, the warmup is very good - bit different to the norm...

    Hi guys,
Yeh the WAKO has light contact. Thats his game, light contact. He has competed in Full but not to the extent that competed at light.
Olympic style Taekwon-Do is only kicking.

    :)

Over 100 people came through our doors for this seminar, we had a huge turn out.
Tomaz himself was in fine form and led two days of rock solid, leg tiring training. Today I feel like i've been run over!
Thanks to all who supported the event and took the opportunity to train with the very best in the business, no one comes close to this guy.

I thought i'd share one pic, check out the girl on the left. I think her facial expression summed the weekend up ohmy.gif

Congrats Jon on a well run seminar my two boys had a great time and Mr Barada makes it a lot of fun for the kids, especially the sparring :D plus he makes the kicking seem effortless .
