    Hey ..
Whats london like for shopping for cameras/equipment ?

    is it competitive ?

I see some ads in photography magazines .. seems to have very competitive
    prices ,

That place in Belfast Calumet ? is that a bricks and mortar store or an ebay store ?

Same for Berlin, I hear there are very good stores there too ?

Calumet are worldwide and the Belfast store is bricks and mortar store. I went up there to get gear a few months ago.

Emailed Calumet today looking for some prices, and they were back to me within 6 minutes.

EDIT: What's on the website is only their warehouse stock. Give them a ring or an email and they can check the stores for you.

microglobe in london is very competitive , it's just like a trade counter though - run by one guy who imports lots of stuff, near the british museum

tottenham court road has lots of stores with varied range, they can be haggled down but you need to know the prices first

bear in mind that pc world will price match amazon.co.uk who are usually pretty competive
