    Hi Guys,

I'm applying for a new job as the one I'm in is so ****. I have the boss from hell who won't let me make any decisions. I can't even send a letter out without her checking it and changing it 50 times, grrr!
So, the application form for the new job asks what kind of responsibilty do I have in present job and give examples of how I use my own initiative.
Do I lie? I don't think I can say well actually I'm not encouraged to make decisions in my present job. LOL

Any advice on what I could put down?

    Thanks
