Can't turn off OSD Bravia KDL32V4000

    I have a small but annoyig problem. Yesterday the icon that appears to tell you which AV input is selcted is remaining on screen. It used to just appear for a few seconds after selected which av input I wanted but now it stays there in the upper left corner. I've looked in the manual and tried all the buttons on the remote but still no luck. Any suggestions appreciated

    theres a button that looks like a tv on it with a star/cross in the corner. press that until the osd goes off. it cycles through three different items i think.
