Can't get Sky, now what?

    Ordered Sky+ on September 19th. After hearing nothing back for ages I called them and eventually found out that the installer had been passed the wrong phone number for me but it was finally sorted and the installed arrived yesterday. However he confirmed what I already suspected, my line of sight to the south is blocked so I can't get it.

    So what happens now? I paid the €37.50 opt out charge for the phone line, will I get that back? Will I be asked to return the card?
