Intel's Nehalem chips + boards

Anyone have any realistic date for when we will see the first of these chips hit retail along with some nice boards?

Am thinking of a new system build but want to wait for this tech,

With some really fast DDR3 and not sure what kind of video card to go along with it,

Any news on nVidias 300GTX ?

Was waiting for this too but word has it that high memory voltages could kill nehalem cpus so RAM choice is fairly important.

I just read an article or two about these processors this morning, interesting stuff. I can't say I'm happy though about them bringing out two different socket types for it. Essentially you'll be forced into buying an expensive board and chip from the off, rather than upgrading the cpu as funds allow.
