New band starting up in Galway looking for a singer.

Female: desirable influences might include Karen O, PJ Harvey, MayKay, Beth Ditto, Alison Mosshart.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t sound like any of these, creativity, personality and energy are important.

Male: desirable influences might include Tunde Adebimpe/Kip Malone (TV On The Radio), Caleb Followill, David Bowie, Nick Cave, Wilson Pickett, Otis Redding, James Brown. I know those last few are probably an impossible ask! but you get the idea, someone soulful, funky and creative.

Ideally looking for someone who writes lyrics and melodies. If you play an instrument as well, even better.

The rest of the line-up is savage Chief, thanks. Happy to say we have two singers now and things are going great, we don't need anyone else for now.

Ok, I'm putting this up again...

We actually have two singers in the band. They are great singers and great girls. One plays keys and the other plays percussion (bodhran, djembe, tamborine). But we need stronger lyrics and songwriting. We're looking for someone who can write good, original lyrics and strong melodies, someone with good musical ability who is willing to work hard. We need someone creative who is fully committed to music. The band is sounding really really great, the tracks have much more life than on the demos and it's getting better all the time. We are very ambitious about this and need somebody talented and hardworking to complete things.
