Hey guys,

I've been rolling with a few other lads in UCD for the past few friday evenings, if anyone would like to come along that'd be very cool, should have a few more tonight as I pimped it out after the UCD MMA class yesterday!

We're also possibly going to do some mma sparring tonight so if anyone's interested in that, could be good.

Guys quick thing.

As this is using UCD hall space and is under the auspice of UCD MMA then according to club guidelines only UCD staff students and alumni are allowed to use the facilities.

Don't let this worry you though, give me a PM if you're interested and I'll sort it out, I just need to know who's down there so I can sort it out.
