constant redness at sides of nose and above mouth?

The past two years I've devolped a redness each side of my nose and above my top lip. somedays it can be really red for no reason and others it can be hardly noticable. What I would like to know is can I get rid of this?

I've used prescribed hydrocortisone 1% cream that the doc advised me use over the past two years also. I've im in a room thats very hot/sticky then I can feel the redness around my nose and mouth burning. Apart from the discomfort its also socially hindering me. When it is red its very noticable and others have commented to me about whats causing it. My mother does suffer from psorosis and i'm thinking that it could be related to it in some way.

I also used to love having sauna's but since this developed I can't go near one as it will flare up.

does anyone know what I can do to cure this annoying problem or mine? I've seen other with worse cases than me and am grateful that its not as bad as theirs, but in saying that mine really does bother me and I'm constantly looking in the mirror to see if its red today etc...

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Mike

Best thing is to have another chat with your GP

It's just not safe for us to give, or for you to take, advice on here.

    Sorry.
