    Dear Valued Mediawrite Customers,

    This is An Apology to all our customers who experienced difficulties shopping on our web-site this Wednesday - Thursday.

    You may have experienced some difficulties when trying to view products and trying to make purchases on our site, this was due to us upgrades and swapping over to a new faster improved server. Over the next few days and weeks to come we will be also upgrading other parts of our online store, however we believe and hope that this will not affect you the customer.

    With these improvements, our checkout and payment systems will be much more efficient and reliable; our aim is to ensure all our customers enjoy a trouble free shopping experience with us.

    With this in mind, we have decided to give all customers a 5% discount off of any product or products they purchase from now till Monday night at 12:00am, this is also a thank you for those customers who alerted us to some of the problems we were having at the time.

    The Coupon Code to receive the 5% off is apology, all you have to do is enter this at checkout stage in the box provided.
