    Funny, I was just looking at that link on youtube about 2 days ago. Saw some of the dvd about 2yrs ago. Puts all this worrying about the marathon (and everything else) into perspective. Quality.

    the bit when you see him carrying his son to the bike during the triathlon - it's a bit of a heart-breaker. I'm welling up again just thinking about it. :(
