Hi. Would anyone know if Aer Lingus do go on strike (which seems very likely now) , are they required to refund anyone whose bookings are affected.
Would anyone know are they required to inform people when they are making bookings , that their main union is balloting for strike action, and if they didn't make this known would they be in breach of any trading laws ? cheers, Mark

best of luck gettin a straight answer. if they do go on strike it will be to cause as much impact on the public as possible, and as for a refund, best of luck to anyone trying.
