Anyone notice a bit of a delay with post from Hong Kong?

I'm waiting on a pack of magpul xtm rail covers that left Hong Kong on Sunday. Now usually that would mean they would be in Ireland on Tuesday or Wednesday but there's still no sign of the tracking number on An Post track and trace.

I haven't bothered calling An Post yet just wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

    Cheers

they just had a 4 day holiday there a few days ago, that might be something to do with you slow postage.,

That only explains the 2.5 week extra for the Chuckle Bros. to stick it in the post. Either there's a back log of post from China because of their holiday 2 weeks ago somewhere between here and there, customs are playing with it (its worth about €8 so haha to them :pac::pac::pac:), or its in the ether somewhere. Either way one is not impressed.

Just thought it was a but strange that it hasn't appeared here yet on the An Post site. And a friend of mine had something leave HK on the 1st and the tracking number hasn't popped up yet on An Post's track & trace yet either!

I have got alot of things through international post and none have ever shown up on the An Post site, only stuff I have ordered in this country has shown up on the site, and sometimes the day after I recieve it.

Let us know how the XTM rail covers turn out. I'm trying to decide between the XTM and XT textured covers right now.

Anything I've ever got from ebaybanned, or anywhere else for that matter, has always shown up on the an post site. But more important than that if it left hong kong on Sunday usually I'd have it by Wednesday unless customs have it.

Now as for the XTM rail covers I've got 3 packs already (ordered the black ones so I can have all 4 colours and be 'Tacticool' in the extreme!) and I have to say they are very very nice. I'm supprised how comfortable they are. They're easy to put on, a bit more difficult to remove (but not too bad), and look damn nice! Now they may be a bit more bulky than say TM's Knights style rail covers but they do feel good and give a nice sized grip on the rid.

Well my order arrived today, never took this long to get into Ireland (usually 2-3days after its felt HK). I guess it was just a backlog somewhere.
