I am just wondering what is the best type of insualtion to go for in between the joists of the first floor.

we had an insulation company out to us the other day and they quoted us for both a known brand glasswool insualtion and also blown cellulose (recycled paper) and is advising us to go for the cellulose option as he feels it is better and is also slightly cheaper.

Any feedback from anybody on the cellulose option? The fact that is is blown it will fit tightly around all services etc.
