I'd say the DRA is going to have its hands full alright!
Allegedly the whole incident boils down to (alleged) water-splashing (alleged) shoving of some journalists, (alleged) fighting with spectators and possibly a spitting incident.
The impetus for the debacle it would seem, was that the ?1958 Co. Championship winners were to be honoured at half-time but substitutes from one side took to the field to have a kickaround, as county board officials sought to remove them.
In terms of actual facts, knowledge is a little shaky, and the above is based on innuendo and third party comment... but it seems to be the bones of the real story.

Crap like this has happened in every county in Ireland in both football and hurling, but because this happened in an Ulster county the punishment was more severe and extremely over the top...

I was in Draperstown (Co. Derry) on Friday morning, and heard the above story (whilst tucking in to a great 'Ulster Fry') from someone was at the match, so your info is correct!
