Just saw the trailer there earlier, not a lot in it, but great to hear they're working on a new one. The first one really was a brilliant game but I was worried that it didn't do well enough to justify a sequel. These are the sorts of games the Wii needs more of to balance out all the Petz/Bratz/minigame stuff.

Looking forward to seeing some more footage from this soon.

I really hope the 2nd is better than the 1st because that was a huge disappointment, still good tho, and was more of a satire than a game.:(

lol i really should dig out my old post and celebrate!but 2010...way to go...

we shouldnt worry for the quality i'd say, they are the bunch of people who know how to make a game -_,-

    What?
It was extremely samey! The bike sections were disgusting and raising money for fights was pretty boring. It's true. wasn't nearly as good as Killer 7. I liked the story and boss fights but not much else.

I loved it, hadn't laughed so much playing a game ever. The bike sections were dull but they were very short and the fighting system was great plus there was loads of variety.

The trailer looks excellent. The first one was good fun. Hopefully they can sort out some of the issues that were there with the first one. The open world stuff and the job stuff didn't work very well. Maybe they can concentrate on the action a lot more this time.

One would hope they can improve upon some of the technical problems associated with the open world of the first game (frame rate issues and building pop in). Having said that, the first game was first shown off back in March '07, pretty early in the Wii's life cycle, so hopefully the developer will start taking full advantage of the hardware and ironing out some of the flaws.

Haven't played the original but this is good news, anything that isn't wii music is good news.

I imagine that this is going to feature Wii Motion Plus and is going to be pretty special as a result.

First one was flawed (damn bosses that took about 1000 hits to kill) but very fun and imaginative (actually funny too, which counts for a lot in games). Took the piss while still providing an interesting game and hyper-stylish game to play. Yeah, it was very samey, but still better than most games around (and the Wiimote finishing moves were amazing).

If they fix the (many) problems of the first one, this could be a truly fantastic game. They just need to keep those weird phone calls that popped up before every boss fight.

When the game was on it was on fire. It was a shame with the whole bike bits. Seem really tacked on to add some artificial length to the game.

Boss fights were always fantastic even when there ultimately wasn't one. Great humour in the game. And the phone was one of my favourite features. The whole plot story twists at the end of the real ending were wonderfully bizarre.

Liked this game. Found the fight sequences awesome, great fun and the missions were a good laugh too. The whole bike sequences were a tad boring, not much happenin!!

One thing I really missed was the blood and gore that the states got. Watching some of the youtube vids of the version in the states looked fn awesome, blood squirtin everywhere!!

By the looks of things hopefully we'll get a choice of the uncensored version this time round when it comes out ere. Linky :)

Just saw here that there is going to be two versions of this game coming to Europe, a toned down one and an extremely violent one.

I don't see why'd they bother, nobody should bother censoring games anymore, if a 12 year old wants blood and gore, they'll be able to get it, with the exception of Man hunt 2 of course:pac:

Yeah, it's not the toned down one I'm happy they're releasing, I'm happy about the version + blood, - black clouds.
