    Four score and seven Days ago our members brought forth on this continent, a new band, conceived in the groove, and dedicated to the proposition that all music is created with Soul.
    Now we are engaged in a great project, testing whether that band, or any band so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great rehearsal studio of that project. We have come to dedicate a portion of our lives, to this project for those who here give their time so that the Groove might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.
    But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not proceed fully -- cause we need a drummer. The brave members of this band, who struggle here, have practiced, far above our power to add or detract. The world will note, and remember what we play here, and we will never forget what we did here. It is for us the drummer, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished groove which we who ,made here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored grooves we take increased devotion to that cause for which we give the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these grooves shall not die in vain -- that this band, under God, shall have a new Drummer -- and that groove of the Soul, by the Soul, for the Soul, shall not perish from the earth.


    And if we get a drummer we will achieve this - I declare this before God/appropriate deity.
