most of the time when im not even hot i can randomly sweat a lot especially under the arms and in the hands and its awful for meeting people especially shaking hands. Socialy i was never that great to begin with but now that i feel im in a place where i want to socialise i get sweaty hands or sweating under the arms. It's a real mood killer if you wanted to even hold someones hands or even high five someone.
What do i do and how do i get around this?

You could ask a pharmacist's advice, as there are products that could help with your excessive sweating.
