The less drunken among us might remember that I posted a thread about adjusting coilovers in the not too distant past. I've been swinging the lead lately but in the last couple of days, I tried again.

I have concluded that there is no locknut. There is a little tapped hole for a grub screw. I tried tapping the 'nut' around with a nice big blunt bolster. This failed mainly as the bolster starting eating into the nut. I went and bought an adjustable C-spanner which grips it perfectly. I left some of the weight onto a brick under the wishbone but still no joy- I could have broken bones with the force i needed to get it to turn the half turn I got it. Again, the notches in the nut where showing signs again. I tried dousing the threads in WD40 (which I wasn't sure was a big mistake or not) but that didn't work either.

What the bloody hell do I have to do to adjust the bloody things.
