Channels missing - signal strength

    Hi, Im missing a few channels (I have a UPC DVR). For the last few weeks i've been missing Chelsea TV and a few music channels, the blue screen appears with a message about the signal not being good enough. When I change the channel to a station that has proper signal strenght the warning message stays on the screen over the programme in the back ground and no sound appears until I press guide and then go back to the channel. I was wondering if anyone with setanta can tell me if Chelsea tv is working for them or if there is a way I can reset the DVR, like I used to be able to do with my old NTL box or can I check the signal level for individual channels?
