best php book

    Whats the best php/mysql book for a beginner/novice?
    ive gone thru must of the tutorials on the w3schools.com so i know a little bit plus iv a background in c++/c#.

    im looking for a book with loads of hands on examples/learning as you go etc.

    My aim is to learn as much as i can within one month and hopefully be at a good level at that stage.
