Paypal stupidity - Policy updates and phishing

    What with all the concern over phishing and security and "never enter your details" etc etc, paypal sent this email...

    Why you should have to login to read the policy in the first place, I don't know. But going against all their previous warnings re fishing, this is pretty thick!
