People have but a load of posters up on the light poles around my estate. It's a private estate, who do I call to complain get them removed as they are litter and aren't even hung correctly? Is it the MC or the local council litter warden.

Report each poster to the litter warden. That'll be a €150 fine per poster. :D That should teach them.
