    Twin or Double Room. Would be ideal for two students sharing.

    Rent is €325 pps/pm or €650 for one person/pm. The deposit is €650. Heating is included in the rent. The rest of the bills are split between all (ESB, Wireless Internet, bin).

    Flat is close to DIT Rathmines, 30 minute walk to DIT Angier and Trinity and 20 minute cycle to UCD. It is well serviced by buses to city centre and just a short walk to buses to UCD.

    Couple are welcome. Must be gay-friendly! You would be living with 2 other people in a 3 bedroom flat.
