Old XBox on Slayers EvoX

Can anyone help me on this my Slayers Evo X has screwed up slightly. I only get 4 option in the menu. I can get to the settings launch Xbox Dash and little else. Is there anything I can do rather than look for the bootable Evo X disk I used to reinstall this years ago when it last happened ?
