I've been using IBB's 2Mbit Breeze product for the past two years or so. It's been reasonably good.Very little down time, speeds pretty constant. UPC have now recently re-cabled my area, and their 10 Mbit Broadband Express product for the same price as IBB's 2 Mbit Breeze looks very tempting indeed! Any thoughts? Any…

UPC have now recently re-cabled my area, and their 10 Mbit Broadband Express product for the same price as IBB's 2 Mbit Breeze looks very tempting indeed!
Any thoughts? Any negative aspects to UPC's product? I know their
customer service is supposed to be crap.
