    Hello
In room 'A' I have a TV with a skybox with a cable from Satellite dish

If I get a 2 Way Splitter, run a cable from room 'A' into room 'B' as I have a 2nd sky box would I be able to view Satellite TV... (I cant get to the dish on the roof!)

    Thanks
    M

No! You need a dual output LNB (2 outputs). You can run a cable from the RF output of one skybox to the other tv and watch the same channels on both TV's.

If you're using a Sky Minidish, you'd need a Quad LNB, as there are no dual LNB's made for the Minidish. However, these are quite cheap nowadays anyway.

what is this thing (I'm not saying it works) - Is this the thing that would split the satellite signal but leave you with only the horizontal or vertical channels but not both?
