Copying Maps

Hi, Could anyone advise me how to copy a map from google or any other provider and paste it into a word document. I am trying to create a "We are moving to" flier and want to have a map of new location on the document. This is a non- for profit company so any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Hi I found a program called hoversnap http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm
you run the program then use control-printscreen and you can select the area you want to save as a jpg, gif, bmp...
