    Hi

I'am hoping to go back to college as a mature student (26) to do a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Design and Technology Education in GMIT.

My only Apprehension is finance. As I understand it because I already have a degree in Quantity Surveying I will have to pay the fees myself. Is this correct and what assistance might I benefit from if any?

    Thank you.

Essentially if you have a degree already (at that level) you will have to pay fees. You would also not be eligbile for a grant.

However you should check it out with the Council if you have alevel 7 degree and are lookign to pursue a level 8 degree. I don't think it would be covered but it may be since it's a higher level.

    Good luck.

    Thanks for the reply.

I have a level 8 degree and the course I'am hoping to do is also level 8. Giving all this, is there any assistance I might be able to get? I'am also completely independent with no other means.
